胃癌是严重威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤,早期胃癌的诊断和治疗对改善患者的预后至关重要。消化内镜的发展和内镜治疗技术的进展为早期胃癌的早期诊断和微创治疗提供了可能。本文就早期胃癌的诊治进展进行总结,希望为消化内镜医师的工作提供帮助。

Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor which is a serious threat to human health.The diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer is very important to improve the prognosis of the patients.The development of endoscopy and the progress of endoscopic therapy provide the possibility of early diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of early gastric cancer.This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer and provides help for the work of digestive endoscopic physicians.
