图1 胃镜检查所见。1A胃毛石大部分位于胃体腔内，占据约整个胃底体部分；1B胃毛石跨越胃角并通过幽门口延伸至十二指肠；1C部分胃毛石位于十二指肠降部；1D十二指肠降部溃疡(活动期)

图2 术中及术后胃镜所见。2A胃毛石在胃内辅助电灼烧切割过程；2B取出的石块通过食管上段——下咽部保护套管过程；2C取出的部分胃毛石，整个胃毛石约为图示的3倍；2D患者1个月后复查胃镜结果，胃体下部大弯侧见一愈合期溃疡
