目的

探讨超声内镜引导细针穿刺抽吸术(EUS-FNA)在胰腺占位性病变中的应用价值。

方法

回顾性分析2017年9月2日至2020年10月2日82例江苏省苏北人民医院经影像学检查(腹部超声、CT、MRI)提示胰腺占位性病变并行EUS-FNA的患者资料,统计EUS-FNA对胰腺占位性病变的敏感性、准确性、特异性。

结果

82例胰腺占位穿刺患者中,EUS-FNA诊断准确性90.2%,特异性100%,敏感性88.2%;病灶>2 cm的诊断准确性明显高于病灶≤2 cm的准确性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

EUS-FNA对诊断胰腺占位性病变具有较高的敏感性和特异性,对于胰腺癌的早期诊断具有重要价值;EUS-FNA的诊断准确性和敏感性与胰腺肿块的大小呈正相关。

Objective

To explore the application value of endoscopic ultrasonography-guided fine needle aspiration(EUS-FNA)in pancreatic space-occupying lesions.

Methods

A retrospective analysis was performed on 82 patients with pancreatic space-occupying lesions diagnosed by imaging examination(abdominal B-ultrasound, CT, MRI)and underwent EUS-FNA in Northern Jiangsu People′s Hospital from September 2, 2017 to October 2, 2020.The sensitivity, accuracy and specificity of EUS-FNA for pancreatic space-occupying lesions were statistically analyzed.

Results

In 82 patients with pancreatic space puncture, the diagnostic accuracy of EUS-FNA was 90.2%, the specificity was 100%, and the sensitivity was 88.2%.The diagnostic accuracy of lesions>2 cm was significantly higher than that of lesions≤2 cm, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).

Conclusion

The EUS-FNA in the diagnosis of pancreatic space-occupying lesions has high sensitivity and specificity, and it has important value for the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of EUS-FNA are positively correlated with the size of the pancreatic masses.
