慢性便秘是一种常见的胃肠道疾病，严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来，慢性便秘的非手术治疗取得了很大进展。首要调整生活方式，建立良好的排便习惯。药物治疗是慢性便秘治疗的首选治疗方法，其中通便药最为常用。最近，一些治疗慢性便秘的新药物包括鲁比前列酮、利那洛肽和普卢卡必利已被批准用于临床。鸟苷酸环化酶C激动剂Plecanatide和胆汁酸转运体的抑制剂Elobixibat也已进入临床验证阶段，初步结果显示能较好改善便秘症状。非药物疗法如生物反馈疗法及骶神经刺激(SNS)对于顽固性便秘亦有良好的治疗效果。相信在不久的将来，会有更多有效的药物和方法，用于慢性便秘的治疗。

Chronic constipation is a common gastrointestinal disease severely affecting the patient′s quality of life.In recent years, the non-operative treatment of chronic constipation has made great progress.Adjusting the lifestyle and establishing a good defecation habit are essential.Drug therapy is the preferred treatment for chronic constipation, and the laxatives are the most commonly used.Recently, several new drugs including lubiprostone, linaclotide and prucalopride have been approved for treatment of chronic constipation.Guanylate cyclase C agonist Plecanatide and bile acid transporter inhibitor Elobixibat have entered the stage of clinical validation, and the preliminary results show that they can improve the symptoms of constipation.Non-pharmacologic therapies including biofeedback therapy and sacral nerve stimulation(SNS)are effective treatments for improving symptoms as well as quality of life for patients with refractory constipation.In the near future, there will be more effective drugs and non-operative treatments for the treatment of chronic constipation.
