孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层二例

图1 病例1 CT示距肠系膜上动脉开口19.3 mm处可见内膜瓣撕裂影，假腔长度为52.8 mm，假腔内可见造影剂充填，其内未见血栓形成，近端有假腔进口，远端未见出口，真腔明显狭窄，主动脉双肾动脉及腹腔干动脉未见异常。

图2 病例2 CT示距肠系膜上动脉开口23.5 mm处可见内膜瓣撕裂影，假腔长度为26 mm，假腔内可见造影剂充填，其内未见血栓形成，近端有假腔进口，远端可见出口，真腔轻度狭窄，主动脉未见异常，右肾动脉起始处管壁未见硬化斑块，管腔局限性狭窄，狭窄程度约为90%，左侧肾动脉未见异常，腹腔干动脉起始处动脉瘤形成
