经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography，ERCP)是临床上处理胆胰疾病的重要手段，穿孔是其较为少见但严重的并发症。早期诊断和处理是此类患者获得良好预后的关键。本文即探讨ERCP并发穿孔的分类、处理及预防策略，从而为临床实践中ERCP并发穿孔的处理提供帮助。

Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)is an important means to deal with the bile or pancreatic disease, and perforation is a rare and secere complication.Early diagnosis and management is the key to achieve better prognosis for patients with ERCP-related perforation.This article will discuss the type, treatment and prevention of ERCP-related perforation, which will provide help for the clinical practice.
