温区部队急进高寒地区边境作战期间,低温环境可对胃肠黏膜屏障、脑-肠轴、胃肠动力与胃肠电活动产生明显影响。本文主要对其作用机制进行综述,并提出非药物、药物及中医药等方面的改善措施,以期能够确保军人在高寒环境下作战效能。

During the period of the troops in warm area rush into the border of alpine area, the low temperature environment can have obvious influence on the gastrointestinal mucosal barrier, brain gut axis, gastrointestinal motility and gastrointestinal electric activity. This paper mainly discusses the mechanism of action, and puts forward the improvement measures of non-drugs, drugs and traditional Chinese medicine, so as to ensure the combat effectiveness of soldiers in the alpine environment.
