克罗恩病的早诊早治是一个复杂而有挑战的临床问题。克罗恩病的早诊早治对于疗改善效和预后,促进疾病缓解、减少并发症、预防复发、提高生活质量都有非常重要意义。结合临床表现、内镜、病理、实验室、影像等资料综合判断是早期诊断的重要手段,早期积极治疗力争黏膜愈合是改善克罗恩病疗效和预后的重要途径。

The early diagnosis and treatment of Crohn disease is a complex and challenging clinical problem.Early diagnosis and treatment of Crohn disease is of great significance for improving therapeutic effect and prognosis, promoting disease remission, reducing complications, preventing recurrence and improving quality of life.Comprehensive judgment based on clinical manifestations, endoscopy, pathology, laboratory, imaging and other data is an important means of early diagnosis, and treatment in early stage to strive for mucosal healing is an important way to improve the efficacy and prognosis of Crohn disease.
