图1 体外牵引装置体外安装首先在镜身中插入钛夹，观察钛夹张开夹闭功能是否完好；打开钛夹后在钛夹的一侧臂上打结固定棉线；剪去棉线较短的一侧，防止阻挡视野，保留棉线较长的一侧，并打成圈状(以方便圈套器圈套固定)；将打成圈状的棉线穿入圈套器内并与圈套器连接固定；将圈套器收紧于透明帽外，圈套器距离透明帽边缘2 mm左右
