真菌感染所致的消化性溃疡近年来检出率增高,主要发生于老年人、免疫缺陷及腹部手术后的患者。真菌不仅可以定植在胃内,还可以利用其毒素,甚至与其他细菌共存参与消化性溃疡的发生。真菌性溃疡内镜下表现为直径较大、形态不规整、表面污秽的溃疡,临床容易误诊为恶性肿瘤进行外科手术。本文主要对真菌性溃疡的发病机制及诊断和治疗研究进展进行综述。

In recent years, the detection rate of peptic ulcer caused by fungal infection has increased, mainly in old people, patients with immunodeficiency and patients after abdominal surgery. Fungus can not only colonize the stomach, but also participate in the occurrence of peptic ulcers by using their toxins and even co-existing with other bacteria. Due to the ulcer of large diameter, irregular shape and dirty surface in endoscopy, fungal ulcer is easy to be misdiagnosed as malignant tumor for surgical operation clinically. This review summarizes the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of fungal ulcer.
