目的

探讨用低辐射剂量扫描下减少对比剂用量在肺静脉及左心房造影中的应用。

方法

选取2022年2月至2022年4月在解放军第九六〇医院左心房及肺静脉血管造影成像的80例患者,分为对照组(管电压120 kV,造影剂70 mL)和试验组(管电压80 kV,造影剂40 mL),对两组图像质量进行主管测评和客观测评。

结果

主观评测:两组图像质量均符合诊断要求,差异无统计学意义。客观评价:对照组扫描方案所测CT值、信噪比、辐射剂量指数、剂量长度乘积、有效剂量和试验组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

用低管电压扫描联合低剂量造影技术在肺静脉及左心房检查中既能保证图像诊断又能有效地降低对比剂用量和辐射剂量。

Objective

To explore the application of reducing the dose of contrast agent under low radiation dose scanning in pulmonary vein and left atrium angiography.

Methods

A total of 80 patients with left atrium and pulmonary vein angiography in the 960th Hospital of the PLA were selected and divided into control group(tube voltage 120 kV, contrast agent 70 ml)and experimental group(tube voltage 80 kV, contrast agent 40 ml). The image quality of the two groups was evaluated by subjective evaluation and objective evaluation.

Results

Subjective evaluation: The image quality of both groups met the diagnostic requirements.There was no statistically significant difference.Objective evaluation: There were statistically significant differences in the CT values, signal noise ratio, computed tomography dose index, dose-length product, effective dose measured by the scanning scheme between the control group and the experimental group.

Conclusion

Low-tube voltage scanning combined with low-dose angiography can not only ensure image diagnosis but also effectively reduce the dose of contrast agent and radiation in the examination of pulmonary vein and left atrium.
