目的

利用文献计量学方法对Web of Science核心集中主题为粪菌移植相关文章进行分析,以期为未来该领域研究提供借鉴。

方法

通过检索Web of Science核心集数据库,获取2012年1月1日至2021年12月31日期间粪菌移植文献的相关信息。用VOSviewer 1.6.17软件对纳入研究文献的被引频次、时间、作者和关键词等进行提取,并生成高产作者的合作网络图和高频关键词的聚类网络图。

结果

通过主题词检索共得到文献3588篇,近十年粪菌移植文献总体呈逐步上升趋势。发表粪菌移植文献最多的国家为美国,其次为中国,德国排在第三位。被引频次最多的文献于2018年发表,被引频次为1848次。研究发文数量>10篇的机构共有173个,形成了10个高产作者合作群。

结论

粪菌移植研究的主题聚类可归纳为动物实验、治疗机制、有效性及安全性、肠道感染的治疗等。

Objective

To analyze the articles related to fecal microbiota transplantation in Web of Science Core Collection using bibliometric methods, in order to provide reference for future research in this field.

Methods

The relevant information of literature of fecal microbiota transplantation from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2021 was obtained by searching the Web of Science Core Collection. VOSviewer 1.6.17 was used to extract the cited frequency, publication time, authors and keywords from the included studies, and to generate the cooperation network diagram of high-yield authors and the cluster network diagram of high-frequency keywords.

Results

A total of 3588 documents were obtained through subject word search. The literature on fecal microbiota transplantation showed a gradual upward trend of publication in recent ten years. The country with the most published literature was the United States, followed by China, and Germany. The most frequently cited literature was published in 2018, with a frequency of 1848 citations. There were 173 organizations with more than 10 studies published by the main authors of the study, forming 10 high-yield author cooperation groups.

Conclusion

The hot topics of fecal microbiota transplantation research can be summarized as animal experiment, treatment mechanism, effectiveness and safety, treatment of intestinal infection.
