CT血管造影在县域地区中老年人群冠状动脉疾病诊断中的价值

目前,冠状动脉疾病在临床诊断中主要以冠状动脉造影检查为主,虽能对患者病情进行诊断,但诊断过程中容易发生冠脉离断、心肌梗死、心律不齐,且冠状动脉造影对人体存在创伤、检查费用昂贵,患者接受度较低,故探寻安全、有效的冠状动脉疾病诊断方式十分重要[1,2]。本研究特收集我院收治的40例中老年冠状动脉疾病患者,分析CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)在冠状动脉疾病诊断中的效果。
