足部的软组织和骨感染在糖尿病人中十分常见,而糖尿病足不同类型的感染其临床治疗方式却有较大差别。随着磁共振利用率的不断提高,它已经作为足部病变,特别是糖尿病足最主要的影像检查方法。因此对影像科医生来说,掌握各种类型糖尿病足感染,包括假性条件感染的神经性关节病等的磁共振表现就显得非常重要。

The soft tissue and bone infection is very common in diabetic people, but the clinical treatment has larger difference in diabetic foot with different types of infections.As the constant improvement of the utilization rate of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), it has been used for foot lesions, particularly as the most main imaging method in diabetic foot.So for radiologist, it is important to learn various types of imaging of diabetic foot infections, including the imaging of neuropathic arthropathy with pseudo conditions infection, etc.
