细胞因子风暴综合征(CSS)，是一种可由多种原因引起的综合征，特点是机体免疫反应严重失常，多种免疫细胞持续激活增殖，分泌产生大量细胞因子，导致多器官功能衰竭综合征，具有较高的致死率。目前已知CSS与某些消化道疾病相关。熟悉CSS，了解CSS在某些消化道疾病发生发展的作用，对提高消化疾病诊治水平大有裨益。

关键词: 细胞因子, 细胞因子风暴, 噬血细胞综合征, 消化疾病

Cytokine storm syndrome(CSS)is a syndrome that can be caused by a variety of reasons.It is characterized by serious abnormal immune response of the body, continuous activation and proliferation of various immune cells, secretion of a large number of cytokines, leading to multiple organ dysfunction, with a high mortality rate.It is known that CSS is involved in the pathogenesis of some gastroenterological diseases.So, understanding CSS is helpful to diagnose and deal with some gastroenterological diseases.
