炎症性肠病(IBD)主要包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎两种类型。我国流行病学资料统计数据显示,IBD患病率、发病率近年均呈上升趋势,且呈现一定的地域性。IBD具有难治愈、易反复、致残率高的特点,已成为我国的常见病及慢性病。建立科学、完备、便捷的IBD慢病管理体系,避免危险因素,对降低IBD复发率具有重要意义。

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) mainly includes two major types of Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC). The existing epidemiological data in China show that the prevalence and incidence of IBD are on the rise. It shows a certain regional. IBD is easy to relapse, destructive, crippling, and it has become a common and chronic disease in China. Studies have found that effective management and avoidance of risk factors can reduce the recurrence rate of IBD. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a scientific, complete and convenient chronic diseases management system for IBD.
