胃癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,准确地判断胃癌的浸润深度对治疗方式的选择和预后的判断十分重要。目前,主要通过白光内镜、超声内镜来对早期胃癌的浸润深度进行预测,但其准确性有待提高。本文通过复习相关文献,对各种判断早期胃癌浸润深度的方法进行介绍,并对其优势与不足进行分析,以期能对临床实践提供帮助。

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies worldwide.The accurate diagnosis of tumor invasion depth is critical for therapeutic strategy and prognosis.At present, conventional endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)are used to estimate the invasion depth of early gastric cancer, but the accuracy needs to be improved.This review summarizes the relevant literature, introduces various methods for diagnosing the invasion depth of early gastric cancer, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages in order to help clinical practice.
