目的

观察光动力疗法治疗早期食管癌的效果。

方法

回顾分析2020年1月至2021年6月联勤保障部队第九六〇医院住院患者早期食管癌光动力治疗的临床资料,5例患者静脉滴注光敏剂血卟啉注射液(3 mg/kg)后48 h和72 h,以波长630 nm、功率密度200 mW/cm2半导体激光照射病灶,照射时间800~1000 s,能量密度160~200 J/cm2。术后3、6、12个月胃镜观察并病理活检。

结果

1~2疗程光动力治疗后经过1年随访,患者获得完全缓解,无严重不良反应发生。

结论

光动力治疗早期食管癌疗效确切、安全、微创、不良反应少。

Objective

To assess the short-term efficacy of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of early esophageal cancer.

Methods

The clinical data of inpatients with early esophageal cancer treated by photodynamic therapy in the 960th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.At 48 h and 72 h after intravenous injection of photosensitizer hematoporphyrin injection(3 mg/kg), the lesions of 5 patients were irradiated with a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 630 nm and a power density of 200 mW/cm2.The irradiation time was 800-1000 s, and the energy density was 160-200 J/cm2.Gastroscopy and pathological biopsy were performed at 3, 6 and 12 months after operation.

Results

After 1-2 courses of photodynamic therapy, the patients achieved complete remission with no serious adverse reactions after 1 year of follow-up.

Conclusion

Photodynamic therapy for early esophageal cancer is effective, safe, minimally invasive and has few adverse reactions.
