摩罗丹联合氩等离子体凝固术治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生的临床研究

目的

探讨摩罗丹联合氩等离子体凝固术（APC）治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）伴肠化生的临床效果。

方法

采集2024年4月至2025年5月西电集团医院收治的119例CAG伴肠化生患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究，按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组（59例，行APC治疗）和观察组（60例，APC＋摩罗丹治疗）。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、胃镜黏膜征象积分、胃肠功能指标、炎症因子水平；记录不良反应。

结果

与对照组相比，观察组总有效率更高[49（83.05）vs. 57（95.00），P<0.05]。治疗6个月时，观察组胃镜黏膜征象积分、中医证候评分均低于对照组（P<0.05），观察组胃肠功能指标、炎症因子水平均较对照组更优（P<0.05）。两组不良反应比较无统计学差异（P>0.05）。

结论

摩罗丹联合APC治疗CAG伴肠化生的疗效显著，可有效缓解患者临床症状、促进黏膜修复，并能调节其胃肠功能，减轻炎症反应，安全性好。

Objective

To investigate the clinical efficacy of Moluodan combined with argon plasma coagulation (APC) in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) with intestinal metaplasia.

Methods

A retrospective study was conducted to collect clinical data of 119 patients with CAG accompanied by intestinal metaplasia admitted to XD Group Hospital from April 2024 to May 2025. They were divided into a control group (59 cases, treated with APC) and an observation group (60 cases, treated with APC+Moluodan) according to different treatment methods. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, gastroscopy mucosal sign scores, gastrointestinal function indicators, and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Adverse reactions were recorded.

Results

Compared with the control group, the observation group demonstrated a higher overall response rate [49 (83.05) vs. 57(95.00), P<0.05]. At 6 months of treatment, the observation group showed lower endoscopic mucosal sign scores and TCM syndrome scores than the control group (P<0.05). At 6 months of treatment, the observation group exhibited superior gastrointestinal function indicators and inflammatory cytokine levels compared to the control group (P<0.05). No significant differences were observed in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).

Conclusion

The combination of Moluodan and APC has a significant therapeutic effect on CAG with intestinal metaplasia. It can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, promote mucosal repair, regulate gastrointestinal function, reduce inflammatory reactions, and has good safety.
