Research progress of statins using for liver cirrhosis

Abstract

Abstract:

Statins, one of the most classical and effective antihyperlipidemic drugs, are widely using in treatment of hyperlipidemia for its effect on lowering and regulating the level of cholesterol.With the development of research on multiple effect of statins, recent studies have shown that statins can relieve the complication of liver cirrhosis.The paper summarizes the safety and application prospect of satins in treatment for liver cirrhosis and complications, and has a good clinical significance.
