Non surgical prevention of esophageal variceal bleeding

Abstract

Abstract:

Esophageal variceal bleeding is a serious complication of cirrhosis, which can lead to death if the rescue is not timely. In recent years, non-surgical methods to prevent esophageal variceal bleeding have achieved significant effect. The paper will summarize its research progress of the drug treatment, endoscopic treatment, radiation intervention and others.
