From January 2018 to October 2019, 80 patients who underwent painless digestive endoscopy were selected. All patients were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by simple number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, while patients in the observation group were given psychological intervention and humanistic care on the basis of routine nursing. The stress state, comfort state, psychological state and treatment cooperation degree of the two groups were compared.

Results

The differences of heart rate and systolic blood pressure during examination in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of comfort scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of SAS and HAMA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The treatment cooperation degree of the observation group(97.50%)was significantly better than that of the control group(82.50%)(P<0.05).

Conclusion

The application of psychological intervention combined with humanistic care in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive endoscopy can effectively alleviate the stress state of diagnosis and treatment of patients, improve the degree of treatment cooperation and psychological comfort level of patients, and achieve good nursing effect, which is worth popularizing widely.
