Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of enhanced recovery nursingin postoperative rehabilitation of colon cancer patients with laparoscopic surgery.
Methods Atotal of 128 patients with colon cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: enhanced recovery nursinggroup and routine nursing group. The operation time, loss of blood, bed rest time, first exhaust, first defecation time, cost, hospital stay, postoperative pain grade and incidence of postoperative complications wererecorded, and the differences between the two groups were analyzed.
Results There was no significant difference in age, sex, operation time and loss of blood between the two groups(P>0.05). The time of bed rest, first exhaust and defecation in theenhanced recoverygroup were shorterthan those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05), and the cost and hospitalization time in the enhanced recoverygroup were less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The patients in the enhanced recoverynursing group had less pain level at 6 h, 24 h and 48 h after operation(P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions and complications in the enhanced recovery nursing group was lower than that in the routine nursing group.
Conclusion Enhanced recovery nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of patients with colon cancer after laparoscopic surgery, accelerate the rehabilitation of patients, reduce the hospital stay and enhance the satisfaction of patients.
