Abstract:

Gastric cancer is one of the most common causes of cancer death in the world. However, due to the lack of obvious clinical symptoms in the early stage of gastric cancer, most patients with gastric cancer were diagnosed in advanced stage. Therefore, the study of gastric cancer should not only understand the mechanism of occurrence and development, but also search for new early diagnosis methods and establish effective prognostic evaluation methods. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is an important epigenetic regulator and plays an important role in human tumors. However, the mechanism of differentially expressed lncRNA in gastric cancer has not been fully elucidated. With the development of modern medicine, more and more studies have revealed the mechanism of abnormal expression of lncRNA in the occurrence, development, diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
