New research progresses of the pathogenesis of autoimmune liver disease

Abstract:

Autoimmune liver disease, induced by abnormal autoimmune reaction, has a complicated pathogenesis and unclarified etiologies.Recently, many progresses have been made on the nosogenesis of autoimmune liver disease.Now we will briefly summarize and describe the new advances of the pathogenesis observed in genetic susceptibility gene, autoantibodies, imbalance between Tregs and Th17 cells.
