Abstract:

With the development of new techniques of digestive endoscopy, the ability to observe the microstructure of gastric mucosa has been improved. The surface morphology will change when gastric mucosal has lesions.According to its changing characteristics, it mainly includes changes in surface microstructure and microvascular structure, and mucosal lesions can be found early, and histopathological types are roughly predicted. It has important clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment of precancerous lesions and early gastric cancer. This article reviews the relationship between gastric mucosal microstructure and gastric mucosal lesions, especially with early gastric cancer.
