Application value of large flat-panel multifunction digital machine in hysterosalpingography

Abstract:

Objective

To evaluate the application value of large flat-panel multifunction digital machine in hysterosalpingography in patients with salpingemphraxis.

Methods

The hysterosalpingography was performed by large flat-panel multifunction digital machine in 100 fallopian tubes of 50 patients from June 2016 to June 2017 in General Hospital of Jinan Military Region, then the images were analyzed.The results from the hysterosalpingography and the tubal fluid check with palace laparoscopy were compared.

Results

All the cases completed the examination successfully.Of all the fallopian tubes, 41 cases showed tubal patency, 33 for mild block and 26 for tubal obstruction.There was no significant difference between hysterosalpingography and palace laparoscopy(P>0.05).

Conclusion

Significant artificial contrast of lumen development and surrounding tissue is observed in hysterosalpingography with large flat-panel multifunction digital X-ray machine, which can show tubal motor function and sites and types of tubal obstruction.It has high clinical application value for diagnosing and treating infertility caused by tubal obstruction.
