Research advances in diagnosis and treatment of portal hypertensive gastroenteropathy

Abstract:

Portal hypertensive gastroenteropathy usually refer to gastrointestinal mucosal lesions secondary to portal hypertension, which can lead to gastrointestinal bleeding.The pathogenesis is unknown, and it may be related to the hemodynamic changes and its molecular mechanism.Drug therapy, endoscopic treatment and surgery are the main treatment methods.This article reviews the current research advances in pathogenesis, endoscopic manifestation and treatment of portal hypertensive gastroenteropathy in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
