Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the application value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in the localization of female pelvic non-reproductive tumors.
Methods The preoperative MSCT data of 26 cases of female pelvic non-reproductive tumors confirmed by operation and pathology in Liuzhou People's Hospital from June 2014 to January 2018 were analyzed retrospectively, focus on the relationship between the tumor and surrounding organs (lesions in details), blood supply source (blood supply) and ovary of the affected side show (ovary of the affected side), to evaluate the localization diagnostic value of the above signs in non-reproductive tumors.
Results In 26 cases of pelvic tumors, according to the relationship between the tumor and surrounding organs, the accuracy of the origin of the lesion was 80.8% (21/26), the accuracy of the origin of the lesion was 76.9% (20/26) determined by the source of blood supply, and the accuracy of the origin of the lesion was 53.8% (14/26) determined by ovary of the affected side show.
Conclusions MSCT can clearly determine the relationship between the tumor and surrounding organs, and can clearly show tumor feeding artery and the ovarian display of the lesion side. Comprehensive use of the three indicators (lesions details, blood supply, ovary of the affected side) is important for the judgment of tumor origin.
