Analysis and health intervention of digestive system's disease spectrum of army helicopter pilots

Abstract:

Objective

To analyze the characteristics of digestive system's disease spectrum of army helicopter pilots to provide the evidence of health intervention for the health service department.

Methods

Statistics were made on the disease detection rate of 2122 helicopter pilots in hangzhou Special Service Recuperation Center of the Air Force from 2016 to 2018.

Results

The detection rate of digestive system diseases was the highest in helicopter pilots. The top five diseases were fatty liver, hyperuricemia, hypertriglyceridemia, gallbladder polyps and hepatic hemangioma, with detection rates of 14.9% (317/2122), 12.2% (258/2122), 8.8% (186/2122), 5.7% (120/2122) and 3.2% (68/2122), respectively. The detection rate of fatty liver was the highest in all age group.

Conclusion

According to the characteristics of the digestive diseases mainly fatty liver, it is very necessary to carry out targeted health education, and to intervene and establish a database.
