Research progress of executive dysfunction caused by cerebral small vessel disease

Abstract:

Executive function is the core and important part of the independent living skills of Alzheimer′s patients in community life.It is the early damage of vascular cognitive impairment and plays a crucial role.Cerebral small vessel disease is the most common vascular cause of executive dysfunction and may have a characteristic pattern of cognitive decline that often results in early declines in attention, processing speedand executive function.This article aims to explore the relationship between neuroimaging features of cerebral small vessel disease and executive dysfunction, and provide reference for improving the quality of life of patients.
